Instructions

  • 1.   In a saucepan, bring 2 liters of water to a boil and cook the broccoli and peeled and diced carrots for 15 minutes.

    In a non-stick skillet, sauté the mushrooms without any fat for 5 minutes, then add the bacon and minced onion and cook for 3 minutes until golden brown.

    Cut the bell pepper into small dice and add it to the mushrooms along with the carrots and broccoli.

    Add the broth diluted in water and let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes.

    When serving, sprinkle your sauté with finely chopped chives.
