Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the meat into small cubes of about 2 x 2 cm. Place half of the curry leaves and the meat in a casserole dish, season with salt and pepper, and fill with water until covered. Cook under pressure for 6 minutes until the meat is tender. At the end of cooking, drain the meat.
  • 2.   In a frying pan, heat the oil over high heat. When it is hot, add the remaining curry leaves, then the drained meat. Fry and then add the chili powder and the fresh coconut cut into thin slices. Serve hot.
