Chinese Beef and Vegetable Noodles

Instructions

  • 1.   Soak the mushrooms in water.
  • 2.   Cut the meat into thin pieces, sauté it in a pan with a little oil, and set it aside.
  • 3.   Slice the vegetables and cook them for a few minutes (they should remain crunchy) with the remaining ingredients. Set aside.
  • 4.   Sauce: mix all the ingredients and cook them until the sauce thickens.
  • 5.   Add the meat and vegetables to the sauce and heat gently for a few minutes while the noodles cook.
  • 6.   Serve hot.

  • 1 pinch of ginger powder

  • 500 g of rice noodle
  • 300 g of beef
  • 100 g of broccoli
