1. Put the flesh of 3 avocados in a blender or food processor. Add the yogurt, one degermed garlic clove (with the Magimix, I use the BlenderMix attachment), the juice of half a lime, and the chives.
2. Blend until smooth. Then add a little water or milk to achieve a more liquid texture according to your taste.
3. Keep refrigerated and covered with plastic wrap until ready to serve. Mix well before serving very cold in individual glasses.
4. Serve your frozen smoothie with croutons or crackers to add a crunchy touch.
