Bun bo xao (Vietnamese Lemongrass Beef Noodle Salad)

Instructions

  • 1.   Place the meat in a bowl, drizzle with fish sauce, add garlic and lemongrass, and let it marinate for 30 minutes. Soak the vermicelli noodles in boiling water for a few minutes, then drain.
  • 2.   Heat both oils in a pan and stir-fry the meat strips.
  • 3.   Let it cool.
  • 4.   Mix all the ingredients together.

  • 1 sesame oil
  • 2 soy sauces
  • 2 tablespoon of fish sauce

  • 1 lemongrass
  • 1 ground coriander
  • 1 fresh mint
  • 1 chili pepper
