MINCED BEEF WITH ONIONS

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the meat into not too thick strips.
  • 2.   Put it to marinate for 1 hour with the salted soy sauce, sesame oil and the nuoc nâm.
  • 3.   Peel and slice the onions.
  • 4.   Heat a little oil (sunflower or rapeseed) in a large pan or wok.
  • 5.   Add the beef and onions and brown over high heat.
  • 6.   Add the sweet soy sauce and cook until the onions are tender.
  • 7.   Season with salt and pepper and serve with Thai or basmati rice.

  • 2 tablespoon of salty soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon of sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon of nuoc-mâm sauce
  • 2 tablespoon of oil
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
