Fettuccine with squid and red peppers

Instructions

  • 1.   Bring a large volume of water to a boil to cook the pasta. You will immerse them in water when the squids are ready if they are fresh pasta.
  • 2.   Heat half the olive oil in a large pan to sauté the squid prepared by your fishmonger and cut into small pieces over high heat. As soon as they are tender, remove them from the pan and keep them warm.
  • 3.   In the same pan, heat the rest of the olive oil to brown the very finely chopped red peppers and the garlic, stirring often. When the mixture is fragrant, add the arugula and then the squid. Reheat quickly.
  • 4.   As soon as the pasta is cooked, Drain it and present it in a large deep dish. Add the squid on top, then crumbled ka fetta and serve immediately
