Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and slice the cucumber into rounds. Cut the surimi sticks into cubes. Set aside.
  • 2.   In a bowl, prepare the sauce by mixing the sour cream, mustard, and minced chives.
  • 3.   Season with salt and pepper. Pour the sauce over the cucumbers and surimi.
