Scallop and prawn skewers

Instructions

  • 1.   Wrap the scallops in slices of bacon, then thread all the ingredients onto skewers, alternating: scallop - prune - prawn - onion - scallop - prune - prawn.
  • 2.   Place all the skewers in a dish, drizzle with olive oil to taste, then add a little bit of Herbes de Provence (not too much to avoid overpowering the taste - if you are cooking them on the barbecue, put the Herbes de Provence in the embers instead).
  • 3.   Cook these skewers either on the barbecue or in a fish pan for about 10 minutes.
