Instructions

  • 1.   Brush the pork chops with mustard and let them marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
  • 2.   Beat the egg yolk with a splash of water.
  • 3.   Mix the breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
  • 4.   Dip the pork chops in the egg yolk, then coat them in the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture, making sure it adheres well.
  • 5.   Heat some butter and oil in a skillet and cook the pork chops on each side.
  • 6.   Serve with a lemon wedge on each chop.
