Cod fillets Caesar-style salad

Instructions

  • 1.   Thaw the cod fillets according to the instructions on the packaging. Pat dry the fish and season it.
  • 2.   Preparation of the sauce for the fish: finely chop the capers, mix with the cream cheese, add a teaspoon of lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • 3.   Preparation of the vinaigrette: mix the olive oil and the remaining lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • 4.   Make parmesan shavings using a peeler.
  • 5.   Sear the cod fillets over high heat with a little olive oil for 5 to 6 minutes.
  • 6.   Season the salad with the vinaigrette, plate it with the cod fillets and their sauce.
  • 7.   To finish, add some parmesan shavings and capers.
