Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the pasta.
  • 2.   Sauté the garlic and onions in olive oil.
  • 3.   Add the chanterelle mushrooms and let them release their liquid while stirring regularly.
  • 4.   Let the liquid evaporate.
  • 5.   Season with salt and pepper.
  • 6.   Add the glass of white wine and the cream.
  • 7.   Let it thicken over medium heat.
  • 8.   Adjust the seasoning, add the parsley.
  • 9.   Serve with hot pasta.
