Caesar Salad

Instructions

  • 1.   Toast the bread, cut into cubes, for 3 minutes in a little oil.
  • 2.   Tear the romaine lettuce leaves into a salad bowl, and add the croutons previously drained on paper towels.
  • 3.   Prepare the dressing:
    Cook the egg for 1 minute 30 seconds in boiling water, then cool it down.
  • 4.   Crack the egg into a blender and blend it with all the other ingredients; adjust the seasoning and incorporate it into the salad.
  • 5.   Garnish with Parmesan shavings and serve.

  • 1 iceberg lettuce
  • 25 g of parmesan
  • 4 slice of bread
  • 2 tablespoon of oil
  • 1 egg
  • 25 g of grated parmesan
  • 2 teaspoon of caper
  • ½ teaspoon of mustard
  • 1 pinch of tabasco
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 15 cl of oil
