Instructions

  • 1.   INSTRUCTIONS:

    - ⚠️🔪 Peel and trim the asparagus.
    - ⚠️🔪 Cut the slices of ham in half.
    - Wrap each asparagus with a slice of ham.
    - Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    - Arrange the asparagus on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
    - ⚠️♨️ Bake for 10 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
  • 2.   SERVING & TASTING:

    - Serve 5 asparagus per plate.
    - 🍽️ Enjoy warm with mayonnaise.
    - 🍷 Pair with red wine (Burgundy / Rhône Valley / Loire Valley)
