Instructions

  • 1.   INSTRUCTIONS:

    - 😴❄️ Place a bowl in the freezer.
    - ⚠️🔪 Cut the salmon into small cubes.
    - ⚠️🔪 Wash and chop the dill.
    - ⚠️🔪 Extract the juice from the lemons and grate the zest.
    - Whip the cream into whipped cream using an electric whisk in the bowl.
    - Mix the cream, salmon, dill, zest, and lemon juice.
    - Season with salt and pepper to taste before mixing again.
  • 2.   SERVING & TASTING:

    - Serve the mixture in ramekins.
    - 🍽️ Enjoy cold as an appetizer.
    - 🍷 Pair with white wine (Alsace / Burgundy).

Notes & Suggestions

  • Tip: For a sweet and savory taste, try with balsamic vinegar or sweet soy sauce.
