2. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted water. Once cooked, take a small bowl of pasta cooking liquid, then drain the pasta, rinse it with hot water, and drizzle some olive oil over it to prevent sticking. Step 2:
3. Peel and slice the onion, then sauté it in olive oil. Add the tuna and cream, mix well. Add the mustard, then the pasta and stir to coat them well with the sauce. Add a little pasta cooking liquid if the sauce is too thick, and adjust the seasoning. Serve with grated Parmesan on top.
