Instructions

  • 1.   UTENSILS;

    - One tablespoon.
    - A knife.
    - Baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • 2.   INSTRUCTIONS;

    - Prepare the necessary ingredients and utensils.
    - Roll out the dough on the work surface and spread it with cream.
    - Spread the gruyere cheese evenly, then sprinkle with spices.
    - Roll the dough into snails.
    - ⚠️ Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
    - ❄️ Place the dough in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
    - ⚠️ Cut slices of 0.5 cm before baking.
    - Arrange the slices on the baking sheet.
    - ⚠️ Bake for 15 to 25 minutes.

    - 🍽️ Serve hot as an appetizer.

  • TIPS;

    - 🍷 Serve with white wine (Bordeaux / Burgundy).
