GOAT CHEESE PASTA

Instructions

. Wash and cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan and sauté them for 5 minutes over low heat.

. Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan over low heat and crumble the goat cheese into it until melted. Season with salt and pepper. Add the basil.

. Bring the pasta water to a boil and cook the pasta according to the package instructions.

. Pour the cheese sauce over the drained pasta, along with the halved cherry tomatoes and olives.
Notes & Suggestions
Fresh or dried basil, according to your taste.
