Chocolate, a great story...

Instructions

  • 1.   1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). In a bowl, mix the egg and sugar until the mixture becomes pale. Add the yogurt, then the flour and baking powder. Stir in the oil to obtain a smooth batter.
  • 2.   2. Melt the chocolate in the microwave for 2 minutes (750 W) with 2 tablespoons of water. Immediately pour it into the previous mixture and mix well.
  • 3.   3. Pour the batter into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper and bake for 35 minutes (check that the cake remains moist inside).
