Gizzard Salad

Instructions

  • 1.   Wash the lettuce and cut it into strips with scissors.
  • 2.   Cut the comté cheese into small cubes.
  • 3.   Sauté the gizzards and bacon separately to remove excess fat and brown them.
  • 4.   Put the ingredients in a salad bowl, season with a classic vinaigrette, and enjoy while the bacon and gizzards are still warm.

Ingredients for servings

  • 200 g of gizzard
  • 100 g of Comté cheese
  • 100 g of bacon cube
  • 1 small green salad
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 small mozzarella ball
