Peach Tuna Salad

Instructions

  • 1.   Mix the tuna with mayonnaise and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 2.   Arrange on a large plate on a bed of lettuce leaves.
  • 3.   Drain the canned peach halves and fill the center with the tuna mixture.
  • 4.   Serve chilled.

  • 1 large canned tuna in water (drained weight)
  • 1 large peach in syrup (canned)
  • 1 cup of mayonnaise
  • 4 leaf of lettuce
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
  • parsley (according to taste)
