Instructions

  • 1.   Put the couscous in a cup for measurement. Measure the same amount of hot water. Pour the couscous into a small bowl, cover with hot water, add salt and let it swell.
  • 2.   Blanch and peel the tomato, cut it in half and squeeze to remove the seeds, then cut the flesh into cubes.
  • 3.   Finely chop the cucumber and radishes. Pour the oil over the couscous and fluff it up. Add the lemon juice, vegetable cubes, onion, and mint. Season with pepper. Mix well and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.

  • 1 tomato
  • ½ cucumbers
  • ½ bunch of radish
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • 1 white onion
  • 10 g of fresh mint
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
