Mini chicken skewers with coriander and lemon

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the chicken breasts into cubes and let them marinate for at least 2 hours in a bowl with minced garlic, coriander leaves, salt, pepper, lemon juice, orange juice, and olive oil.
  • 2.   Stir occasionally.
  • 3.   After marinating, thread the chicken cubes onto mini wooden skewers, optionally adding pieces of orange or lemon.
  • 4.   Cook on the barbecue or in the oven at 200°C (392°F) for 10 minutes.
  • 5.   Pay attention to the cooking time as the chicken should remain very tender.
  • 6.   Extra tips:
  • 7.   - The longer the marinating time, the better!
  • 8.   - Don't hesitate to add more orange juice and olive oil for the marinade, the chicken cubes should be well coated.
