Asparagus with Feta

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the feta into cubes.
  • 2.   Cook the eggs (hard-boiled) and mash them.
  • 3.   Blanch the asparagus before sautéing them in a pan with olive oil. Once they are golden, transfer them to a dish.
  • 4.   Heat the balsamic vinegar in the pan to slightly reduce it.
  • 5.   Crumble the feta and eggs over the asparagus, drizzle with warm vinegar, and sprinkle with basil.
