Farfalle with Ham and Peas

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the pasta. Meanwhile, chop the onion and fry it in a little oil.
  • 2.   Cut the ham into small cubes. Add them to the onions, then after 5 minutes add the peas.
  • 3.   Season with salt and pepper, and let it cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
  • 4.   Drain the pasta. Add the cream to the mixture. When it starts to boil, mix the pasta with this mixture and serve immediately.
  • 5.   Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
