Double tuna club sandwich

Instructions

  • 1.   Drain your can of tuna and crush it in a bowl with the cheese.

    Season with salt and pepper and add the chives.

    Place a slice of bread on a plate, spread half of the tuna on it and add some lettuce.

    Place a second slice of bread and spread the remaining tuna on it, add the hard-boiled egg and the sliced tomatoes.

    Finish with the last slice of bread and cut the sandwich in half.

    Serve on a plate or a paper towel, on a tray with a glass of water or a can of fruit juice, and most importantly, the TV remote control (hihi).

Ingredients for servings

  • 3 slice of Swedish bread
  • 1 canned tuna in water (drained weight)
  • 150 g of cream cheese
  • 1 large cherry tomato
  • 1 hard-boiled egg
  • 1 lettuce
