Instructions

  • 1.   Boil water and immerse the eggs for 10 minutes.
  • 2.   Immerse them in cold water for a few moments, then peel them.
  • 3.   Cut them in half and separate the whites from the yolks.
  • 4.   Mix half of the yolks with mayonnaise, chopped chives, salt, and pepper.
  • 5.   Stuff the whites with this mixture and crumble the remaining yolk on top.
