Instructions

  • 1.   Boil water and immerse the eggs in it for 10 minutes.
  • 2.   Immerse them in cold water for a few moments then peel them.
  • 3.   Cut them in 2 and separate the whites from the yolks.
  • 4.   Mix half the yolks with the mayonnaise, chopped chives, salt and pepper.
  • 5.   Stuff the whites with this mixture and crumble the rest of the yolk on top.
