Instructions

  • 1.   Preparation of the Charmoula:
  • 2.   In a bowl, combine the chopped cilantro, chopped parsley, salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, garlic, lemon juice, olive and table oil.
  • 3.   On a baking sheet, arrange the onion, tomato and potato rings. Put the fish on top and pour the charmoula.
  • 4.   Wash and cut all the peppers into half rings. Arrange on the fish and garnish with the lemon slices. Bake in a preheated oven at medium temperature and cook for 30 minutes.
  • 5.   Serve the Fish Tagine with Potatoes and Peppers hot.
