Instructions

  • 1.   Preparation of the Charmoula:
  • 2.   In a bowl, mix the chopped coriander, chopped parsley, salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and table salt.
  • 3.   On an oven tray, arrange the onion slices, tomato slices, and potato slices. Place the fish on top and pour the charmoula over it.
  • 4.   Wash and cut the peppers into half rings. Arrange them on top of the fish and garnish with lemon slices. Bake in a preheated oven at medium temperature for 30 minutes.
  • 5.   Serve the Fish Tajine with Potatoes and Peppers hot.
