Replace mushrooms with zucchini

Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Peel the sweet potato, cut it into small cubes, and cook it in a pan with a little water for 10 to 15 minutes, covered.
3. Meanwhile, peel the onion, finely chop it, and cook it in 1 tablespoon of oil in a separate pan.
4. Wash and cut the zucchini into pieces and add them to the onion. Let them cook.
5. Meanwhile, blend the oat flakes in a blender to turn them into flour. Then add the eggs, skyr, unsweetened almond milk, salt, and pepper. Blend again.
6. Crumble the feta cheese.
7. In a bowl, mix the liquid mixture with the cooked zucchini, cooked sweet potato, and 2/3 of the crumbled feta cheese. Mix well.
8. Pour the mixture into a tart pan lined with parchment paper.
9. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes.
10. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the remaining feta cheese.
