Instructions
1. Cook the rice in a pot of salted water following the instructions on the packaging.
2. Meanwhile, cut the chicken breasts into small cubes. Mix the flour with half of the curry powder. Add the chicken pieces and mix well. Heat the oil in a wok and sauté the chicken until golden brown.
3. Then add the remaining curry powder and water. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes, until the sauce reduces by half. Then add the heavy cream and simmer for another 5 minutes on low heat. Serve hot with a bowl of rice.
