Instructions

  • 1.   Mix the sifted flour with the sugar.
  • 2.   Gradually add the oil until you obtain a dough that you can form into balls.
  • 3.   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • 4.   With the dough, form walnut-sized balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  • 5.   Sprinkle a little cinnamon on each ball.
  • 6.   Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • 7.   Remove when the bottom has a nice color.
  • 8.   Wait for them to cool.
    Do not touch them until they are completely cooled, otherwise they will crumble (they will harden as they cool).
    Carefully remove and store in an airtight container.

  • 6 pinch of cinnamon powder
