White pizza with pesto, mozzarella, spinach

  • 1.   Drain your mozzarella ball and cut it into slices.
  • 2.   In a bowl, combine the pesto and crème fraîche.
  • 3.   Wash and wring out the spinach leaves.
  • 4.   Roll out your pizza dough. Place it on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper or a silicone sheet.
  • 5.   Cover the surface of your dough with a layer of the crème fraîche / pesto mixture then garnish with spinach leaves and mozzarella slices. Add salt and pepper.
  • 6.   Bake in an oven at maximum heat for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • 7.   Right out of the oven, sprinkle a drizzle of olive oil on your pizza. Cut it into pieces.
