Instructions

  • 1.   Shell your shrimp; In the bowl of your food processor, blend the fish that has been previously cut into pieces.
  • 2.   Then add the shrimp, blend, then add the egg, oat bran, coriander, and curry. Season with salt and pepper. Shape your meatballs.
  • 3.   In an oiled sauté pan, cook for 40 minutes. Halfway through cooking, add a splash of tomato sauce.
