Mustard Chicken Papillote (diet recipe)

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut half of the tomato into slices and arrange them in the center of a piece of aluminum foil.
  • 2.   Brush the chicken cutlets with mustard and place them on top of the tomatoes.
  • 3.   Cover them with the remaining sliced tomato.
  • 4.   Cut small pieces of olives (green and black), finely chop the onion.
  • 5.   Drizzle with olive oil and season with Herbes de Provence, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  • 6.   Close the papillotes and bake in a preheated oven (180°C) for 20 to 25 minutes.

  • 2 tablespoon of green olive
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 stalk of Provence herb
  • 1 leaf of parsley
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
