DELICIOUS SPRING MOREL CHICKEN

Instructions

  • 1.   Place the butter and chicken in a large pot. Brown while stirring for 10 minutes.
  • 2.   Peel the onions and cut them in half. Peel and crush the garlic. Pour everything into the pot, along with the morels. Add the bouquet garni and let it cook gently for 12 minutes, turning the poultry regularly.
  • 3.   Pour the wine and reduce without a lid, over medium heat for 10 minutes.
  • 4.   Add the cream, close the pot and cook it gently for another 25 minutes.
  • 5.   Adjust the seasoning and serve with mashed potatoes or rice.

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1 onion
  • 10 dried morels
  • 3 sauce onions
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 18 cl of white wine
  • 75 cl of light cream
  • 30 g of butter
