COOKEO BOLOGNESE PASTA

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and chop the onions and garlic cloves.
  • 2.   Set your Cookeo to the sauté mode, then add the oil, chopped onions, and garlic cloves. Let it cook for 2 minutes, then add the ground meat. Let it brown for another 2 minutes.
  • 3.   In the Cookeo pot, add the tomato puree, tomato paste, sugar, water, parsley, thyme, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Set the pressure cooking mode for 3 minutes.

  • 1 onion
  • 1 garlic powder
  • 1 sugar
  • 1 parsley
  • 1 thyme
  • 1 basil
  • 1 fresh oregano
  • 100 ml of water
  • 1 olive oil
  • 1 spaghetti
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
