BLACK PUDDING WITH COOKEO

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and slice the onion. Peel and cut the apples into quarters.
  • 2.   Sauté the onions for 3 minutes in "browning" mode with a little oil.
  • 3.   Add the apples, black puddings, 70 ml of water, salt and pepper, then start the quick pressure cooking for 6 minutes. Serve immediately.
