Instructions
1. Start by cooking the bacon over medium heat. Save the bacon fat.
Increase the heat to brown the bacon and remove it from the pan and place it on a paper towel. Set aside.
2. Slice the onion and mushrooms.
In the bacon fat, first sauté the onion and add the mushrooms.
3. Pour in the tomato sauce and add the bacon, mushrooms, and onion. Dilute with a little water if necessary and adjust the seasoning to your taste.
4. Cook the ravioli according to the instructions.
Finally, arrange and mix everything in an ovenproof dish and sprinkle with grated cheese.
