TUNA RILLETTES WITH PETIT SUISSE CHEESE AND DILL
Ideal for an appetizer on small slices of baguette, with a touch of butter underneath.

Instructions

. In a bowl, mix the petit suisse cheese with the tuna.

. Mix until you obtain a homogeneous paste.

. Wash the lemon and cut it in half on your cutting board, then squeeze each half onto your mixture.

. Once the lemon juice is added, season the mixture with salt and pepper, according to your taste.

. Wash and chop the dill, then add it to the mixture as well.

. Depending on your preference: serve as an appetizer accompanied by a salad or spread on the baguette cut into toasts.
