Light chocolate mousse

Instructions

  • 1.   Melt the chocolate in the coffee.
  • 2.   Add the semi-thick 4% Bridelight. Mix carefully and let it cool.
  • 3.   Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then gently fold in the powdered sugar. Incorporate this mixture into the chocolate. Divide into 4 cups and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Ingredients for servings

  • 120 g of dark chocolate
  • 8 teaspoon of semi thick light cream
  • 30 ml of coffee
  • 4 egg whites
  • 2 tablespoon of powdered sugar
