A very practical flan recipe that is ultra economical and identical to the original (except for the sweet crust that I don't add, but if you feel like it, you can prepare a slightly sweet shortcrust pastry, spread it underneath before pouring the mixture, and bake it all together). You can adapt it to the flavors you like: The traditional vanilla flavor, of course (but not always the most economical flavor considering the cost of good vanilla), but also coconut-lime (by replacing 40 cl of milk with a can of coconut milk and the zest and juice of 2 limes), carob, orange blossom, diced pears, cinnamon... in short, as often here, it's a very good base and you can customize it!
