Hamburger fries

Homemade burgers are both healthy and tasty. Served between two halves of bun's, the steaks of ground beef are here topped with pan-seared onions. Accompanied by french fries and salad, they are a complete meal.

Instructions

  • 1.   Brown onions over low heat. Add the steaks.
  • 2.   Once seized, put a slice of cheddar on the steak and let it melt. Once cooked, place the steak and cheese on one slice of bread that you have previously spread with a mixture of ketchup and mustard.
  • 3.   Add the salad and small slices of tomatoes. You can now cover the preparation of the other slice (with ketchup and mustard)
  • 4.   Serve with french fries
