. Gradually incorporate plant-based milk (examples: almond milk, oat milk, ...) and add more if necessary to achieve the desired consistency.

. Add mashed avocado flesh. Mix.

. Adjust the seasoning and add the aromatic herbs.

. Cook in the waffle iron with a little coconut oil.
