Instructions

  • 1.   Mix the wheat flour with the sweet potato flour.
  • 2.   Add salt, pepper, and eggs, and mix.
  • 3.   Gradually incorporate plant-based milk (examples: almond milk, oat milk, ...) and add more if necessary to achieve the desired consistency.
  • 4.   Add mashed avocado flesh. Mix.
  • 5.   Adjust the seasoning and add the aromatic herbs.
  • 6.   Cook in the waffle iron with a little coconut oil.

  • 100 g of wheat flour
  • 100 g of sweet potato flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 ml of almond milk
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper
  • 2 teaspoon of parsley
  • 3 g of coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon of ground coriander
