Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and cut all the fruits into pieces and put them in a large salad bowl.
  • 2.   Make your juice by mixing the syrup, sugar, and water in a pitcher.
  • 3.   Pour this mixture over your fruits, add the cinnamon sticks and vanilla.
  • 4.   Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (the longer you leave it in the fridge, the better your fresh fruit salad will be!).
  • 5.   You can also add a little alcohol according to taste, such as Kirsch, Rum, Soho, Pisang...
  • 6.   Enjoy!
  • 7.   If there is any left the next day, it will be even better as the fruits will have had time to marinate in their juice!!!
