Instructions

. Cook the lentils for 30 minutes with a pinch of salt.

. Sauté the thinly sliced cabbage heart in oil.
Add the onion.
Let it reduce for 5 minutes.
Add the spices.

. Add the drained lentils.
Add two tablespoons of water.
Let it cook for 10 minutes.
It's ready.

Serve with a small portion of wild rice and cashews.
