Salmon with parsley crust

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • 2.   Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
    Peel and cut the potatoes, then plunge them into the boiling water. Cook for 25 minutes.
    Then drain them and mash them with a potato masher or a fork.
    Season with salt and pepper, and add a splash of milk and a knob of butter for a creamier mashed potatoes.
  • 3.   In a bowl, mix the chopped parsley, breadcrumbs, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, and mix well.
  • 4.   Peel and cut the golden ball turnip into approximately 1 cm pieces.
    Place them in an ovenproof dish. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and mix well to coat everything. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
  • 5.   Rinse and pat dry the salmon fillets. Season with salt and pepper.
    Place them in another ovenproof dish. Then, brush them with mustard (on the skinless side).
    Spread the parsley breadcrumb mixture over the salmon and press it down to adhere well.
  • 6.   After 15 minutes of baking the golden ball turnip, place the salmon dish in the oven. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
    Bake everything for another 10 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the salmon and turnip are cooked.

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • A varier avec du navet jaune, plus doux :
  • 1 turnip
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 10 ml of mustard
