1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

5. Spread the surimi over the pastry crust.
6. Beat the eggs, cottage cheese, milk, rosemary, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
7. Pour the mixture over the surimi.
8. Bake for about 30 minutes.
9. Serve warm or cold with a green salad.
