Surimi and 0% Cottage Cheese Quiche

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • 2.   Roll out the puff pastry in a tart pan lined with parchment paper.
  • 3.   Prick the bottom with a fork.
  • 4.   Cut the surimi into pieces.
  • 5.   Spread the surimi over the pastry crust.
  • 6.   Beat the eggs, cottage cheese, milk, rosemary, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • 7.   Pour the mixture over the surimi.
  • 8.   Bake for about 30 minutes.
  • 9.   Serve warm or cold with a green salad.

  • 2 tablespoon of skim milk
  • 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary
