Instructions

. Place the potatoes in a ziplock bag, place on a plate, and cook in the microwave for about 15 minutes.

. Peel the potatoes. Melt the butter in a sauté pan, add the potatoes, and brown them.

. Open the cans, add them to the potatoes along with a bay leaf. Let it heat for 5 minutes and serve.
Notes & Suggestions
You can serve this recipe with a green salad.
