Instructions

  • 1.   Turn the oven to the grill position (at 210 ° C). Cook the crozets in a pot of salted boiling water as directed on the package. Drain them and cool them under water. Book.
  • 2.   Clean the leeks and slice the leeks. Peel and slice the onion. Blanch the leeks for 6 min. in boiling salted water of the crozets. Drain them well.
  • 3.   Brown the onion in a pan with the oil. Add the leeks and let stew for 10 minutes. Deglaze with the wine, let evaporate for 2 min. Pour in the cream and mustard and simmer 4 min. Pour into a salad bowl and add the crozets.
  • 4.   It's warming up. Prepare this gratin in advance. Refrigerate or freeze it. You will heat it for about 30 minutes at 180 ° C.
  • 5.   In a buttered dish, pour the leek crozets. Arrange the slices of ham. Grate the Beaufort on top and brown for 10 minutes under the grill. Enjoy hot.
