Pasta with zucchini and goat cheese

Course: Main course

Cooking: 20 minutes


  • 1.   With the peeler, cut the zucchini into strips.
  • 2.   Heat some olive oil in a large pan, put the strips of raw zucchini and the cloves of garlic in a shirt.
  • 3.   Season with thyme, salt, pepper or Espelette pepper, and cook over medium heat until the courgettes are tender (if it sticks, add a little water during cooking).
  • 4.   It takes about 20 minutes, depending on the amount of zucchini and the size of the pan (mix regularly, otherwise it's raw on top and burnt on the bottom).
  • 5.   Meanwhile cook the pasta in salted water for the time indicated on the package. Heat the cream in a small saucepan, add the goat cheese palets and melt in it.
  • 6.   On each plate, serve the pasta, a thick layer of melted zucchini on top, top with goat cream and sprinkle with Parmesan.
